Putin agrees to delay suspension of business checks consideration

VLADIVOSTOK, Sep 3 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday agreed to a 1-year delay in consideration of business inspections suspension for five years.

“Five years is a serious term. … We need to look into how investors will implement the announced plans and how they will use the support measures that we have worked out, which is a good array of instruments as I think,” he said at a meeting with moderators and speakers of the Eastern Economic Forum.

“Let’s actually return to this proposal in a year.”
